Franklin Remodeling LLC was founded on a passion for craftsmanship, hard work, and a deep appreciation for the places we call home.

Owner Kyle Franklin was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, where he developed a strong work ethic and hands-on skillset at an early age. Drawn by a love for the outdoors and the lifestyle it offers, Kyle made the decision to relocate to the Rocky Mountains—an experience he considers one of the best decisions of his life.

After arriving in the region, Kyle quickly recognized a growing need for reliable, skilled professionals who take pride in their work. With a background rooted in hands-on construction and a commitment to doing things the right way, he set out to build a company that homeowners could trust.

In January 2021, Franklin Remodeling LLC was established with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality, full-service remodeling solutions with integrity, precision, and attention to detail.

Since its founding, the company has proudly served homeowners throughout the valley, specializing in comprehensive remodels that transform spaces while enhancing both function and value.
